Work
A selection of systems and frameworks we’ve designed. Some are foundational infrastructure, some are client engagements. All reflect how we think about structured intelligence.
Consumer Decision Graph
A structured decision and routing system for complex consumer purchases, built to encode the kind of judgment brands can’t afford to automate carelessly: brand hierarchy, compliance constraints, channel strategy, and recommendation logic.
The system models products, brands, locations, and constraints as connected entities, then layers decision rules on top: what can be substituted and what can’t, where a sale can legally route, when to recommend a sister-brand product and when to defer to a human. Built first in Airtable for fast iteration, with a schema designed to migrate cleanly into a production database.
It’s the reference architecture behind how we approach decision intelligence for clients, a working example of structured knowledge, encoded brand rules, and automated routing operating as one coherent layer.
Knowledge Architecture Framework
An entity-based approach to organizing institutional knowledge, designed so that both teams and AI systems can retrieve trustworthy, consistent answers in environments increasingly mediated by machines.
Customer Lifecycle Infrastructure
CRM, analytics, and lifecycle systems developed across luxury, wellness, and consumer brands, connecting customer data into a foundation that supports segmentation, personalization, and automated decisions.
